4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to reach out about any issues. Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns for things like changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, or picking the wrong color. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or order number handy.
To start a return, email us at creativemondaysco@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos. If a return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
