Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders usually take 2–5 business days to process, then 7–14 days for delivery depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link once it ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yep! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by country — you’ll see the cost at checkout.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We start working on your order fast, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Email us at creativemondaysco@gmail.com within 12 hours, and we’ll do our best.
Products & Sizing
Q: How do I know my shirt size?
A: Each product page has a size chart — check it before ordering. Our tees are true to size unless stated otherwise.
Q: What material are your shirts made of?
A: Soft, breathable cotton (and sometimes a comfy cotton-poly blend). Basically, your new favorite tee.
Q: Are your phone cases protective?
A: Yes! Our cases are made for everyday protection — durable, snug, and stylish. Because cute shouldn’t mean fragile.
Payments & Returns
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. Since items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for size or change of mind.
Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
